Kai Solana-Reeves

Kai Solana-Reeves is an AuDHD (autistic + ADHD) clinical psychologist and contemplative practitioner who spent fifteen years trying to meditate “correctly” before realizing the entire framework was designed for a brain they did not have. They specialize in working with neurodivergent adults navigating spirituality, identity, and burnout.

They write from lived experience as a neurodivergent clinician who has done the work from the inside — not as a neurotypical expert explaining neurodivergence, but as someone building a framework from their own experience outward. Their central conviction: you do not need to fix your brain to access the sacred. You need to stop asking your brain to be someone else’s.
