Author
Nellie R. Mitchell spent her early twenties as a graphic designer who was very good at making other people’s brands look confident while being completely unable to promote her own. She had a private social media account and a document titled “Content Ideas” with over a hundred entries and zero published pieces.
Her turning point came when she watched someone with worse design skills land a major brand deal and realized the only difference between them was a willingness to be embarrassed in public. She started posting. The first video got eleven views. She posted another. She does not describe herself as fearless. She describes herself as “fear-fluent.” Her writing is conversational, internet-native, and self-aware — tactical rather than inspirational.
